WE ARE OPEN. YOUR STYLIST WILL BE IN TOUCH IF YOU HAD AN EXISTING APPOINTMENT. ALL OTHER INQUIRIES PLEASE GIVE US A CALL

We are here for you. We will be contacting clients to rebook as soon as we get a definite date. Please be patient, we have a lot of phone calls to make. We will be slowly getting back to our normal routine but for now we ask if everyone could please be patient as we try to accommodate everyone in a safe and timely matter.

This is how we are preparing to reopen at Alagria:

We have completely disinfected the entire shop prior to reopening. Rest assured we have always kept a strict cleaning regime after each and everyone of you, but we are stepping it up a notch.  All of the girls have completed a Certification in Barbacide COVID-19 for proper procedures. Our tools, brushes, and stations will be cleaned and disinfected after each client. All capes and towels will be kept in a closed cabinet, using a new one for each guest. We will change aprons after each client. We will be taking extra steps with purifying the air.
 

What we ask of you:

  • Please be on time for your appointment. We ask for you to kindly wait in your car. We will send a text to you when we are ready for you to enter, We need this time  to disinfect. Please do not be late, this will run into the appointment and cleaning time we have allotted for you

  • Our cancelation policy of 24 hrs. notice will be strictly enforced so please keep that in mind when making arrangements. If you need to cancel, you may have to wait a bit longer to get back in. 

  • We ask you to kindly come alone to your appointment and with only the necessary belongings you need. This will help us keep social distancing and keep our waiting area clear. 

  • There will be no coffee, snacks, or magazines in the waiting area. We will offer bottled water.

  • An automatic hand sanitizer will be at the front desk, please use as you walk in.

  • We ask for everyone to wear a mask that goes around the ears, preferably a disposable one if receiving a color service, unless you are unable to for medical reasons. 

  • Temperatures will be taken prior to the appointment to adhere with our guidelines for contact tracing.

  • If you or any of your family members are having symptoms before or after your service we ask for you to contact us immediately so we can take proper action.

  • If you are buying product, please let the stylist grab it for you. 

  • We are forgoing blowouts for now.

  • We will not be offering wax or spa services as this time.

  • We will have to have a slight schedule change. Please be patient with your stylist as they are trying to accommodate all of their clients. We are all here for you and want to accommodate everyone we possibly can in a safe and timely manner.
